Another week has started and can you believe we’re in June?
Its practically summer which means fun in the sun and birthdays… I can’t wait!!

I found a recipe for homemade Ranch Seasoning a few weeks ago and I can’t stop using it! I guess I have a serious Ranch addiction but its not that bad for you so I’m OK with it!

Recently I’ve been topping my roasted vegetables with the Ranch Seasoning and its just delicious.
Here’s how I made my Roasted Ranch Cauliflower.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry buttermilk
1 tbsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried dill weed
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried onion flakes
2 tsp dried chives
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground pepper
Mix all together.
Roasted Ranch Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 head of Cauliflower- trimmed and cut into bite sized florets
3 tbsp EVOO
2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
Take your trimmed Cauliflower and place into a large bowl. A plastic bag would work too.
Add your EVOO and Ranch Seasoning. Stir until all florets are coated.
Place florets in a baking dish of some kind. I used a pie pan because I was using all of my baking sheets for something else.
Roast in your oven at 350 for about 20-30 minutes. Check them after about 15 minutes and give them a stir.
Once the florets look fully cooked take them out and enjoy!
