Next week is a Baby Shower for one of my best friends and I’m so excited to see how the party comes together!
A couple of friends and I are doing the whole party DIY style… so much fun. We decided that we’d give delicious chocolate chip cookies [homemade] out as favors. Now that requires a special [and custom] package.
I decided we’d make these Little Blue Favor Boxes as our vessel. They are big enough for a few cookies and easy enough to grab as a small thank you.
Here’s how you make them:
The Forth of July is right around the corner so I thought I’d make a festive garland to add to my mantel. It seems like forever since I updated my mantel but I’ll have a Patriotic one to share soon!
This Patriotic Firework Garland is easy to make and can be used a few times a year; sweet!
Here’s what you’ll need:
When I first saw this idea on pinterest I thought it was super easy and super cute. I knew I was going to try it for a party as soon as I could.
After spending some time making these guys I’m in love! Tissue Paper Tassel Garland is easy and cheap to make! Parties can get pricey so I like to keep costs down where ever I can; there will be a lot of Tissue Paper Tassel Garland at my parties.
Update: These were used in the Little Blue Baby Shower
Next month I’ll share with you a baby shower that I’ve been working on; but today you get a sneak peek of some decorations I’ve made [and love]. Update: Here’s the finished party Little Blue Baby Shower
With the summer around the corner, the heat here in Southern California has been creeping up… sometimes its in the 90s and its only spring!!!
Time to put the kids in some summer time pjs. I try to save money wherever I can, so I thought why buy new pjs just to get shorts?
In less than 10 minutes I gave a pair of pj pants a makeover and now they are pj shorts.
Super Easy! Here’s how I did it:
Memorial Day is just around the corner and I’m starting to bring out my patriotic decorations. I just love the summer time. Today I’m showing you a quick and easy American Flag Wreath. It only takes a few minutes to make but looks like it takes way more!
