Today I’m sharing a new recipe that I tried out and loved! Its tasty and on the healthier side; two things that are important these days!
The twins loved it too!

This is a new spin on a cornflake crusted chicken… I don’t have a source for the original recipe because I’ve made it so many times its just in my head
Chicken Breast [boneless & skinless]
1 cup Rice Krispies Cereal, crushed [I used gluten free brown rice kind]
1/2 cup Non fat greek yogurt
1/4 cup Non fat milk [I used almond milk]
1/3 of a Ranch Seasoning packet
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
Small amount of Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350.
Start by spraying your baking dish with Pam.
The chicken is moist and delicious just a hint of ranch flavor goodness. Yum Yum!
