I’ve been eating really healthy for the last two weeks; I’m working on getting my pre-twin body back [finally]. So today I’m sharing with you my healthy Breakfast Flatbread.
My favorite part about this breakfast? Its fast & delicious!
1 Laughing Cow Cheese Wedge [Mozzarella, Sun Dried Tomato & Basil]
1/2 Cup Spinach
1/3 of small Avacado
2 Slices of Turkey Lunch Meat [light]
1 Sm Plum Tomato
1 tsp garlic
Dash of Pepper
Dash of Salt-Free Garlic Herb Mix
Dash of Paprika
1 Flatbread [see photo]
2 Egg whites Scrambled

Start by scrambling the two egg whites in a pan, season them with the spices [garlic, pepper, garlic herb mix & paprika].
While those are cooking place your flatbread on a cooking pan & spread the cheese wedge all over.
After egg whites are cooked layer your toppings how ever you’d like.
My flatbread went like this:
Bottom to top:
Scrambled Egg Whites
Pop in the oven and bake for 8 minutes [until flatbread is crispy]
Place onto plate and cut into slices with a pizza cutter.
